I am here to help you find your own power to heal, truly love yourself, and embrace your body. Awaken Empower Heal was founded on a simple idea – women need holistic, whole body, mind and soul support to heal through emotional traumas, sexual blocks, anxiety, depression, and body shame to get to a place where they feel happier, healthier, and more vibrant!
I’ve been a Tantra teacher for a decade and I also have a background in hypnosis for childbirth, raw food nutrition, and pelvic floor health. My passion is working with women who are interested in health and self-empowerment through natural modalities. I do private sessions, 1-on-1 coaching, workshops, and facilitate Red Tent gatherings.
