Awaken Empower Heal was founded on a simple idea – women need holistic, whole body, mind and soul support to heal. I help women get to a place where they feel happier, healthier, and vibrant!
I’ve been a Tantra and Sacred Sexuality teacher for a decade and I also have a background in hypnosis for childbirth, yoga, nutrition, and pelvic floor health. My passion is working with women who are interested in health and self-empowerment through natural modalities. I do private sessions in Austin, in-person workshops,1-on-1 coaching via Skype, and I facilitate women’s gatherings in the Austin area.
